Shipping Processing Time

 We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 24-48 hours

  • Orders that are placed on Weekends or Holidays will be considered a Next Business day order (Example: If order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered a Monday order.) 
  • Order Cut Off Time: 2:00 PM PST - Any order made after 2:00 PM PST will be considered a Next Business day order (Example: If an order is placed on Monday @ 1:00 PM, it will be considered a Tuesday order)

 

Finding Shipping Cost Amount

Shipping costs differ by the carrier, method, and weight of the package.

 You can find an estimate of the shipping and handling:

  • Enter the desired items into your cart.

  • Click on “CheckOut” on the tabs located at the lower right of the site.

  • Enter your information and "Continue to Shipping Method"
  • Enter your basic shipping information to receive your quote and estimated total.

 

 How Do I Get Free Shipping?

We do offer free shipping for all Domestic First Class USPS mail on orders over $1.00 USD. Upon checkout, you will see an option for Free Shipping- USPS First Class Mail in your choice of shipping methods.

 If you do not see the option to click on FREE First Class Shipping, it means that the order is not eligible for free shipping due to your discount rate.


Policy on Lost or Delayed Shipping

While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the delivery time. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the United States Postal Service delivery delays. We recommend our domestic First Class customers to expect up to 7 business days in case of USPS delays. 


We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered.
To prevent your package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the Shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery. 

 

If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify our customer know it is been returned by the post office, and automatically give customer refund for the purchase; however the S&H Charge is non-refundable.

Pre-Order Shipping

Many of our customers may get confused regarding Pre-orders.

All Pre-ordered items have a set window of time that have an expected arrival date. They will begin shipping in the order that the orders were placed.

If your order has not shipped out, please double check to make sure that there are no Pre-Ordered items in your cart.

 

Split Shipping

If one or more of your items in the order are Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered, we are unable to do split orders at this time. 

We will send out your package once all the items in your cart are ready to be shipped.
