We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to Prodigee within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in good/nearly new condition, preferably in the original packaging.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.

If you have would like to exchange for a different size or color, please email info@iamprodigee.com stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item.

If you would like a refund, please email support@iamprodigee.com stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by Prodigee in the original condition.

If goods are faulty, please email support@iamprodigee.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.
